1.) Do we offer short term leases?
Answer: YES! We offer month to month leases, 3 month leases and longer lease terms up to 12 months. Contact the office for more details.

2.) Are we pet friendly?
Answer: YES! Residents are allowed two pets per apartment home. Hidden Lake does have a breed restriction list, but does not have a weight limit. Veterinarian canine breed verification required. An additional security deposit does apply, contact the office for more details.

3.) Do the apartment homes come with assigned parking?
Answer: Yes! All apartment homes come with one assigned carport. There is ample parking for extra cars and guests. Additional RV or boat parking is available on-site for an additional fee.

4.) Do all apartments come with a washer and dryer?
Answer: Yes! A washer and dryer are included inside every apartment.

5.) What utilities are residents responsible for?
Answer: Residents are responsible for all utilities including Sacramento Utility District (SMUD) for electric, Comcast or AT&T (offering telephone, cable television and high speed internet), and Velocity (water, trash and sewer is billed monthly)

6.) How many guests are allowed to use the amenities?
Answer: Two guests per apartment home.

7.) Does the leasing office accept packages for Hidden Lake Residents?
Answer: Yes!

8.) Where do residents walk their dogs?
Answer: Many residents enjoy walking their dogs throughout the property and there are many dog parks in the area.

9.) Do the apartments come with storage?
Answer: YES! Each home comes with an additional storage. Located outside on the patio for our downstairs homes, or just behind the downstairs patio for our upstairs homes.

10.) Does Hidden Lake hold resident events to get to know your neighbors?
Answer: Yes! Hidden Lake holds a semi-monthly resident event and publishes a monthly e-newsletter.

9. Do you provide rental furniture?
Yes! We’ve partnered with Brook Furniture Rental to provide this for our residents that are interested. Please visit their website at www.bfr.com.
